One platform for surgery, imaging and general practice
Tendaco Medical Clinic is a leading surgical facility in The Gambia, equipped with an imaging suite (CT scanner) and an operating theatre, alongside general practice. It brings in surgeons from the sub-region to operate on site, in a context of connectivity and infrastructure less stable than in Dakar.
The equipment on site shows real investment capacity. What matters most is a quick, simple learning curve, particularly for visiting practitioners who only have a few days on site.
Keeps working when the internet doesn't
Outages are frequent outside Banjul, and even in Banjul. A system that stops working offline will be abandoned after the first few outages. jammsante runs locally, with automatic sync once the connection returns. Offline operation is part of its original design, not an option bolted on afterwards.
How sync works
Every entry is saved on the device first. A consultation, a procedure or a ward round never waits for the network.
When the connection returns, changes sync automatically in the background. No one has to press a button.
If 2 people edited the same record while offline, the edits are reconciled so nothing is silently lost.

Patient data stays protected, and stays yours
2 weeks on site
jammsante is already in production. This deployment is not about building a new system, but about rolling out its modules for Tendaco and training the teams to use them. On-site start in early October.
Deliverables
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00
WhatsApp and phone support. Severity is assessed by the impact on continuity of care. Software updates and new features are included for the duration of the subscription.
The cost
The subscription follows actual use, by number of prescriber seats, rather than a fixed fee disconnected from the size of the facility. Pay monthly, or pay annually and save 10% on the subscription and on additional seats.
A prescriber seat is any account allowed to record a consultation or issue a prescription (doctors, dentists, nurses or midwives who consult independently). One named account per person.
30 days to be sure
If the clinic is not satisfied within 30 days of go-live, the subscription is refunded in full. The clinic receives a complete export of its data within 5 business days, after which the data is permanently deleted from our servers. The setup fee is non-refundable.

We also design and build the clinic's website, and take care of everything it needs to stay online. It comes with the offer at no extra cost.
Already deployed in Senegal
jammsante is already deployed in Senegal: this is not a theoretical project. Offline operation is part of its original design, not an option bolted on afterwards. Azertica is also already present in the sub-region, which makes deployment in The Gambia easier.
We approach this project with a genuine concern for preserving what Tendaco represents to those who built it, not simply adding one more tool to it.
